Drew has had twenty years of experience in senior management roles within the financial and community services sectors. He is the Founder and CEO of Life! Central Services which helps people that have been marginalised and are dealing with ongoing life issues.
Drew is passionate about suicide prevention and has implemented the largest holistic schools based suicide prevention pilot ever run in Victoria, training more than 7000 during 2016.
He is also a developer of “safeTALK Online” a completely live, online delivery method of Livingworks’ safeTALK recognised by UNESCO and the WHO as best practice internationally.

Anthony is the Founder and Project Manager of MadCap Cafe Social Enterprise that comprised 12 cafes over three states including cafes in Masters home improvement stores. During operation more than 200 people were employed and more than 500 participated in Barista and Hospitality courses.
Dr Michelle Sanders BA, MA, DMin

Michelle is currently the Head of Art and Community Development at Eastern College Victoria. She is also a keen writer authoring 'Generating Conversations in the Community Using the Medium of Art’ and ‘Art and Soul'.
Michelle spends time traveling for lectures and running programs including in USA (Chicago prison system), UK (Birmingham prison system), Romania and here at Deer Park correctional facility. Her regular programs are for victims of family violence, at risk teenagers and adults struggling with depression, anxiety.
Rex Hartley B.Com, CA
Rex has over 40 year experience managing and running businesses over a variety of industries. He currently remains a Director of WebTRIM Pty Ltd, a niche software development business, specialising in improving the profitability and efficiency of people in the crash repair industry, that he pioneered 20 years ago.
Over the past decade, Rex has had a passion to see God's Kingdom transform people's lives. Having traveled to many countries around the world, he believes Australians can demonstrate how their "mateship" and love for one another can be harnessed to transform communities and nations for the better.
